ummm... i tried downloading the beta and it took about a sec. or so and it said "the documents format is invalid" what should i do?

where did you "try" and download it from?

The beta client is only 62KB, so it should be very quick.
Sounds like your download was corrupted, so try again.

ok, let me get this straight, you purchased the preorder pack? and then clicked on the link to get the beta? then you right clicked the beta d/l link and dl'd it from the actual guildwars.com site? you didnt just try and d/l the hyperlink in html format did you?

well you'd better get on it, you cant play the next beta if you dont preorder it, anyways heres a link to d/l the client

If nothing has worked so far... go into tech difficulties and hit the link in Gaille's sticky at top of page for guildwars support...they should have an answer for you there ok.

Guild Wars Knowledge Base.... it will put you right in touch with them.
